My goodness! It’s been over a month since I’ve written in this blog. It feels like I’ve deserted my dear friend.
But I do have a good reason for not being here.
As you may know, I also have a Flickr account which I am very fond of, and Flickr also has a great community of people. I’ve made a lot of good Christian friendships there.
Well anyway, the Lord has laid it on the heart of a few of us that we should pray together. So we set up a Flickr prayer group. It has taken a bit of organizing over the past couple of months, but the Lord has been with us, and now it is running along pretty smoothly. We now have a prayer group of 92 believing Christians, from different parts of the world. So how amazing is that.
And we know it could only happen, because the Lord has been leading the way. And all of us have grown through the experience, and we’ve seen the Lord move and answer prayer. Our God is SO good. And this verse I read this morning in Psalm 145:17-18, certainly says it for me…
The LORD is righteous in all His ways,
Gracious in all His works.
The LORD is near to all who call upon Him,
To all who call upon Him in truth.
Another thing I’ve been working on is doing a study about the TWO WAYS we can go… “God’s Way or the World’s Way”. And in the process, I discovered Google Documents, which you use like any other word document, except that you do it online, and it can be viewed and/or edited by others online.
And today, I started a document for the first half of my studies and called it “God’s Way”, and I’ve just published it online for anyone to read. So you can read it as I put it together.
Just click here, and each day you can read where I’m up to. Later on, after some editing, I’ll post them to this blog. So if you’re not seeing me here, you’ll know where I am.
Bless ya, and thanks for reading my blog.
It does my heart good to know that others are being blessed through what I write, and that is only possible because the Lord has helped me to do it. Of myself, I am not a writer, but with God all things are possible.
I hope you get to read the document too. After I’ve finished the “God’s Way” study, I’ll do one on the “World’s Way”, and then how we can make the right choice.
